Wilton Electrics Ltd. is an approved Electrical Contractor specialising in electrical installation in residential, commercial and industrial areas.
The Company, founded in 1991 by our Managing Director, Neal Wilton, has grown in size and reputation since its formation and provides the highest standard of technical ability, workmanship
and organisational competence.
We pride ourselves on our exemplary Health and Safety record and our professional approach to every project undertaken, from the initial tendering process to successful commissioning and handover.
Members of the NIC EIC since 1993, Wilton Electrics Ltd. ensure their Electricians are fully qualified and work in accordance with the latest BS7671 Wiring Regulations and operate to the industries best practices. Each operative carries a current ECS Card and our Site Management are trained to SMSTS (5 day) standard.
Our 300+ strong site labour force who all hold the recognised Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) card, is supported at our Hertford office by our Purchasing Department, Technical Department, Contracts Department and dedicated Customer Care Division and offer a 24 Hour Emergency Call Out Service to assist our clients.
Our Project Managers & Supervisors have a wealth of practical experience and hold SSSTS and SMSTS site Management safety qualifications, First aid certificates and other relevant qualifications.

Our environmental ‘aspects and impacts’ and ‘objectives and targets’ are set down in the Company Environmental Procedures Manual. All ‘aspects and impacts’ are reviewed annually or whenever circumstances change.
Will ensure compliance with environmental legislation and will anticipate and act promptly on any changes to such.
Are committed to continual improvement in environmental performance and to preventing pollution and will plan, conduct and monitor its operations using the best practicable means to protect the environment from impairment.
Will assess all contracts for their environmental impact, offering advice to clients on less harmful / more energy efficient alternatives where practicable.
Will make all employees aware of our environmental policy, while providing suitable training to improve environmental awareness, and allocate clear responsibilities.
Will purchase, operate and maintain all it’s vehicles in a responsible manner providing the maximum practicable environmental protection.
Are committed to a program of recycling and are continually trying to find new methods of recycling/reusing/reclaiming packaging and redundant materials.
